Tasytt automates the training process and ensures new hires are linked up with the company’s systems and culture from their first day.
For startups, growth and expansion is the goal, but small companies rarely have a dedicated HR department to take care of the first week process — getting new employees set up with all the relevant accounts and systems for their new role can be a time-consuming and complicated job. Now, Tasytt is a platform that automates the process and ensures that new hires are linked up with the company’s systems and culture from their first day.
Companies can create a Tasytt network and make profiles for all current employees. They then link their existing organizational tools with Tasytt — including Google for Work, Slack, Salesforce, Trello, BaseCamp, and GitHub. When a new employee joins, they can be signed up for all relevant systems using Tasytt in five minutes. The platform also gathers data, providing analytics about how effective and engaging the training is. Additionally, the program uses gamification to encourage employees to provide feedback and tips that will help new hires get settled in, by offering rewards to the most active users.
There are various plans available. The standard plan costs USD 450 per month and includes profiles for up to 100 employees, unlimited integrations and HR support. How else could the new employee training process be streamlined?
