Yonder uses machine learning and AI-powered software to help clients protect their brands online
Spotted: US-based startup, Yonder, has developed an AI-powered platform to help companies navigate the chaos of social media. The company uses machine learning to monitor and detect malicious online campaigns that could damage brands’ reputations.
Yonder, which used to be known as New Knowledge, helps its clients spot authentic trends on social media. It uses technology to identify the users and accounts driving narratives online, and helps to detect and monitor malicious campaigns or fake news that can harm brands.
The company uses algorithms to detect “influence operations“—efforts to launch a negative campaign against a brand. It aggregates an average of 50,000,000 pieces of social content a day.
The technology tracks disinformation campaigns once they are underway, providing companies with insight on the source and context. Yonder also advises companies on how to disrupt manipulative campaigns and protect brand integrity.
Yonder has raised €2.72 million in funding so far and is already working with Fortune 500 companies, according to the startup.
