The six blends are all designed to counteract stress, with additional personalised combinations facilitated through AI

Spotted: Israeli-based startup myAir has launched a range of plant-based snack bars to help control stress levels in consumers. The brand has six functional blends that were developed to provide specific stress-countering effects, including: sharpening focus, reviving energy, reducing anxiety, supporting relaxation and promoting restful sleep.

The bars are built on a base of nuts and fruit, after which they are infused with bioactive botanical extracts such as sage, hops, oats, valerian and rosemary. The brand also makes use of AI to offer personalised combinations that can be bought as a subscription service to be delivered every month.

“Our algorithm can analyze the data from each person’s specific mood and stress profile, then decide what formulation will provide them the best positive impact on their stress routine,” says founder and co-CEO of myAir, Rachel Yarcony.

After the customer completes a personalised profile evaluation, they are asked about their cognitive response to stress. The reported physiological symptoms are then tracked through a smartwatch to identify alterations in heart rate, respiration, sleep quality and physical activity.
