JUNOJUMPR is a smartphone accessory in the form of a portable charger, that can also be used to jumpstart a car in the case of a breakdown.
The driving experience is being improved with smartphones enabling hands free calling and a slew of smart features, such as the Audi eKurzinfo app that can scan car parts and diagnose problems. Now JUNOJUMPR is a smartphone accessory in the form of a portable charger, that can also be used to jumpstart a car in the case of a breakdown.
Created by Juno Power, the compact device contains a 6,000 mAh battery and a USB port that can be used to charge mobile devices on the go. However, the 7oz charger can also replace the usual 25lb, 12V batteries that are used to jumpstart a car. By connecting jump cables, the battery can provide a peak of 300A to jumpstart both four and six-cylinder engine cars from dead in a matter of minutes. The video below shows the device in action:
JUNOJUMPR combines two products into one while freeing up space in the trunk of the car. It is currently available to pre-order for USD 89.99, with shipments expected in the next couple of months. Are there other smartphone accessories that could also work for other electronic appliances?
