Zootrock automatically injects businesses' social media feeds with relevant curated content to engage customers and help them concentrate on running their company.
Social media strategies are almost indispensable for many companies, but at times it can feel like maintaining an engaging web presence takes over from more important business tasks. While platforms such as Echobox have aimed to demystify web analytics by giving site owners concrete actions to take to boost traffic, now Zootrock automatically injects businesses’ social media feeds with relevant curated content to engage customers and help them concentrate on running their company.
Not only do companies need to constantly maintain their social feeds, but they also need to make sure the content they post is interesting to their customers. Zootrock members simply connect their Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn accounts and select the types of content they’d like to post to their followers. Users can choose to include content from curated topic categories, posts that match key phrases and hashtags, and can select whether they want to repost articles, quotes and other social media posts. They can even select custom RSS feeds to add into their own posts.
The service provides two modes of publishing: either autopilot or manual approval. With autopilot, the selected content gets posted automatically and businesses can be more hands off with their social feeds. Otherwise, customers can decide if they want to review and edit all content before it goes out. In the latter case, the service learns which content users approve in order to improve its post recommendations.
The service costs USD 20 a month for unlimited posting on one social media feed, with USD 10 for every additional account. Are there other automation services or products that could save businesses time while helping them to grow their userbase?
