Vine video clips turned into paper flip books

We’ve seen many innovations over the years that bridge the offline and online worlds, but recently we came across a simple example focused on Twitter’s new Vine app for iOS. Vine Flip is a platform designed to turn Vine users’ short video clips into offline, paper flip books. Launched earlier this year, Twitter’s Vine app for iPhone and other Apple mobile devices enables users to create and post video clips up to six seconds long for sharing on a variety of social networking services, including Twitter and Facebook. Now, with Texas-based Vine Flip, those videos can be converted into collectible paper flip books. Users simply paste their Vine video link on Vine Flip and choose a cover. The company then turns it into a flip book that’s 3.5 by 2 inches, or the size of a standard business card. Pricing is USD 10 for two flip books, USD 24 for five or USD 85 for 20. International shipping is available. This video shows a Vine Flip book in action.
